Update on kids

Well we made it through the first week of school! The girls really had a great time. Adrianne had homework every day this week! Jenna will get homework next week. We are looking froward to a great three day weekend. Adrianne will be turning 11 YEARS OLD on Monday!! I can't believe it! We are going to BBQ for her on Monday. The boys are well also. I got Matthew weighed and measured today he is 12 lbs. 10 oz. and 22 1/2 inches he has grown a lot in just a little over a week! Marcus is busy getting into everything!! He is so sneaky! When it's quiet around here you kind of get this sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach because you know that he is up to no good. It's so hard to get upset with him though, he is so darn cute! Today Jenna was laying on the couch with Micah and he got very mad at her! It's funny because when he gets mad he makes his voice deep to try and sound mean. It is so hard not to laugh!

Matthew is holding his head up so well now and loves to smile and sing. Sometimes when he smiles he smiles like Micah.

Just stuff

The girls had a great first day of school. As you can tell by their faces in the pictures. Everything went very smoothly for the whole family. I forgot how nice it was last year with such a routine. Now that were getting back into the swing of things it's great. Matthew is fitting into our routine quite nicely too. I pray that yesterday is a preview of the following days to come.

School clothes and Stuff

So every year that the kids get thier new school clothes I have them do a fashion show for me so that I can take pictures. I usually send them to my mom so that she can see what they got. So some of the pictures I am just posting are a few of their outfits. Unfortunately we were not able to finish the fashion show before the battery died in my camera. But I did get some. I also took pictures of Marcus in his new clothes and his new Converse (size 8!!!). He is so full of himself when he knows he "Looks good" as Micah would say..Ha Ha. So I had to put a bunch of pictures of my little meatball. He also has a huge bruise on his face right now, I think it's from falling off of the couch yesterday. But I am not sure since he is so rough. Poor kid! Anyways hope you enjoy the pics.

The Kids

So I have been going school shopping for the girls( they start school on Monday!) and they got some really cute stuff. They are very excited about going back. Adrianne is going in to 6Th grade!! She is changing before my eyes! Jenna will be in third grade 1/2 way to 6Th!! Man do I feel old! Anyways. I decided to get the boys a nice outfit too so that I could take them all to get pictures taken. In the picture of Matthew he is trying on his new outfit. I think he looks pretty cute! And then Marcus he has learned how to pedal his tricycle!!!! Yay!!! He's not quite got the steering down yet, he is concentrating very hard on the pedaling. It is pretty cool! I better go now it's pretty late.

Matthew's check-up

So Matthew had his check-up today and shots:( his doctor says he looks great! He is 12 lbs and only 22 in long she said he is growing nicely. He is sleeping right now so that's good. Anyways I'll post again soon. Love ya, Stephanie

Fun at the State Fair

Matthew slept almost the entire time at the Fair. Marcus really enjoyed his Slush puppy and the Adrianne and Jenna had fun on some rides!!

Crazy marcus

So funny thing Marcus did at the State Fair... Right before this picture was taken of Marcus he was picking his nose (Marcus has a fascination with his nose holes right now and is always saying he has a booger) and this time he actually did. Micah tried to get him to stop picking but it was too late. We were in the kids fire safety area and there was a forest fire guy standing there watching him pick his nose! He looked over at the guy and said"I got booger" and showed him his finger the guy laughed at him and said "that's great now throw it on the ground." So Marcus did and ran off for Micah to chase him. It was kind of embarrassing but I am glad we were in the kids section. I am sure the guy understood as well as all the other parents standing around...I hope.
